Remi decided at the age of 7 that he would dedicate his life working with fish. He developed vaccines for Atlantic cod during his PhD, researched human diseases using zebrafish in the USA and explored genetics to improve disease resistance in Atlantic salmon in Scotland.

Growing up on a farm in Austria, Stefanie is passionate about working with products and technologies that can revolutionise the AgTech sector. She is a process engineer by trade and has worked the past 5 years developing and scaling processes of the novel insect industry on the engineering, business and product development side.
