I am a Machine Learning and Software Engineer for Aquanzo. I recently completed a PhD in Particle Physics where I developed artificial intelligences to try to make sense of huge datasets.

At Aquanzo, I analyse data using high-sensitivity ML algorithms in order to help optimise the conditions in the Artemia tanks, helping to get the absolute most out of what the lab team put in. In addition, I aid in building the dashboards and monitoring systems that give insight to the team showing where we are doing well and what could be improved.

I am proud to be part of an organisation that is paving the way for a more sustainable aqua-farming future!

I am an Animal Scientist specialised in quantitative genetics and breeding, with a focus on improving livestock and aquaculture populations. My work involves identifying and selecting individuals with genetic merit for heritable traits of economic and agricultural importance, including those related to production, health, and reproduction. My research experience includes collaborations with private institutions, universities, and USDA centres.

Since joining Aquanzo, I have focused on developing and implementing a pilot breeding programme for Artemia. The goal is to scale the programme progressively, providing high-quality Artemia products such as biomass and cysts (eggs). I am particularly excited about Aquanzo's vision to sustainably farm marine ingredients, offering superior products that outperform those currently sourced from the wild.
